- Placing an order with SunGol means acceptance of these terms.
- Prices are shown in the currency of your choice and confirmed at checkout.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed.
- Updates to order details (such as card messages or address changes) are only possible if confirmed in advance with our support team.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details (name, phone, address).
- During high-demand occasions (Valentine’s Day, Nowruz, Christmas,…), delivery slots may be limited; advance notice will be given.
- All website content (text, images, branding) is protected and may not be used without written permission.

Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery is made within the time slot selected at checkout.
- If the recipient is unavailable, options include: leaving with a concierge/neighbor or rescheduling, coordinated with the sender.
- During peak holidays, time slots may be limited.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on destination and time.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery; SunGol is not responsible in such cases.
Refund & Return Policy
- As flowers are perishable, returns and refunds are generally not possible once an order is placed.
- If your order arrives damaged or does not match your specifications, please contact support within 6hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the product are required for review.
- Upon approval, a replacement or full refund will be arranged.
